Terms and Conditions

All artwork and photography must be provided by sponsors and advertisers to the specifications provided upon confirmation of payment. Failure to provide the spece’d work may result in printing errors.

Artwork for any ads or sponsorships must be provided by the deadline date required. Failure to provide artwork on time may result in no ad placement. Refunds will not be issued for failure to comply with artwork submission instructions and/or missed deadlines.

Should the advertiser or sponsor miss the required deadlines for their banner or swag to be printed, the specific advertisement may be placed in the Tote Bag handouts instead.

If sponsors or advertisers require the development and design of artwork or any specific photography for the art, a design fee of $168 per piece and a photography fee of $150 will be charged to the client, with payment due before work is to commence. Payments for any design work will be made directly to Black Ink Creative Partners LLC, and all work will be completed by Black Ink.

All sponsor packages and ad space payments should be made directly to Black Ink Creative Partners, LLC.

Proceeds from sponsorships and advertising space will be used to cover the event’s costs. Any funds remaining after all costs have been satisfied will be donated to NJ SBDC Hudson County as part of their fundraising goals.

Retractable banners produced for the event must be taken by event sponsors. If a sponsor fails to take their banner, it cannot be stored or held.

Sponsorships and ads are not transferrable.
