Christian Pichardo, Associate Marketing Consultant at the NJ Small Business Development Center (NJSBDC) at New Jersey City University (NJCU) in Hudson County. He specializes in social media management and digital marketing strategies.For the past 3 years, he has helped small businesses build better digital marketing plans. Together with 5+ years in customer service and management, he understands what it takes to get someone’s attention online.
Christian has a B.S. in Marketing, an A.S. in Business Administration, a Digital Marketing Certification, and a Social Media Management Certification.
Ryan Silvestre, Senior Business Consultant at the NJ Small Business Development Center (NJSBDC) at New Jersey City University (NJCU) in Hudson County, specializing in corporate finance and turnaround management. He has also assisted in developing and implementing programs for Spanish-speaking entrepreneurs.
Mr. Silvestre has over 10 years of corporate finance experience covering a broad range of transaction types in different industries, including but not limited to, debt and equity raises, recapitalizations, valuation modeling and has assisted on several middle market M&A and LBO deals.
