Meet The Presenter:

Tim Roseboro,
Senior Managing Director,
JP Morgan Chase
Tim is a native of Philadelphia, PA with over 20 years of experience in Banking, the CDFI industry, and real estate development. He holds a real estate license in Pennsylvania and New York.
Tim completed his commercial credit training at Wachovia Bank-Legacy Wells Fargo. Outside of work, Tim is past chair of the Board of Trustees of The Enon Tabernacle Baptist Church with 12,000 members, past Chairman of the Board of the Black Pearl Chamber Orchestra, and is currently the Chairman of the Board of the Enon Coulter Community Development Corporation.
Tim was recognized by the Philadelphia Business Journal as a Top Commercial Real estate professional in the Philadelphia area. Tim holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh and completed his real estate training at Temple University. He is an avid mountain and trail biker and a vintage watch collector.
