We understand that navigating through cash flow strategies is a key component for success within the entrepreneur and/or small business journey. So NJSBDC at NJCU School of Business has partnered with JP Morgan Chase to bring you a 5-part Webinar Series to help you position your business for success. In its simplest form, cash flow can be defined as when you are paid and when you must pay your bills. Cash flow statements show the net change in your company’s cash position from one period to the next. If you take in more cash than you send out, you have a positive cash flow. You have a negative cash flow if you’re paying more bills, payroll, and interest than you’re bringing in.
Cash flow is a key indicator of financial health. Without understanding the power of cash flow (liquidity), how to track revenue vs expenses, how to secure adequate financing, or the other components required to ensure your businesses, most entrepreneurs cannot start new businesses or grow their existing companies. This session is only one of 5 in this series, so make sure you sign up for each session!
This session, Navigating Cash Flow, is the second session of a 5 part series covering:
1. Cash Flow Basics
2. Maximizing Cash In
3. Minimizing Cash Out
4. Make Cash Work for You
